About me:
I’ve lived in the Austin, TX area for most of my life.
My core qualities are my desire to help, a great sense of responsibility, determination to rise above a challenge, and a deep love for my family.
I have been a creative my entire life, with degrees in Radio-TV-Film production and Visual Communication/User Experience Design, as well as a background in photography and music.
I'm resourceful and creative when solving a problem, and thrive when working on a challenging task.
About my product design work experience:
As a UX/UI and product design professional, design team leader, and lifelong creative, I have extensive experience working in collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to design for enterprise SaaS software products and websites.
At IBM, I have moved several features from 0 to 1 as an individual contributor and lead designer for watsonx Assistant, including supporting the effort to integrate generative AI and LLM features into the product.
I enjoy variety in my work, and have prior experience designing for ed tech, retail/e-commerce, and small business websites.
I'm currently interested in contributing to innovative projects in sectors such as education, healthcare, and sustainability which align with my passions for helping people and protecting our environment.
